As you can imagine, we are required to enforce current legislation in order to operate in a safe and responsible manner.

Opening during “Phase Three” will incur a strict set of practices, required by both the Pourboy team and the patrons who have chosen to dine in our establishment. We ask that you please respect the policies and procedures that are outlined below, if they raise any personal concerns, consider that dining with us is not suitable for you.

In Phase Three, we are allowed to welcome 60 guests at a time in the restaurant – roughly 55% of our usual capacity. So, our rules:

Rule 1: Reservations & cancellations

If you make a reservation, credit card details will be taken and held by OpenTable (our reservation system) for all bookings. Cancellations within 24hrs of your booking & no-shows will be charged $25 per person, no exceptions.

Trading at 55% capacity, we cannot accept excuses for no-shows or late cancellations. We wouldn’t do it to you, and our operation relies on filling every seat of every sitting. 

Rule 2: Dining times

We have strict seating times for Boozy Brunch that allow us to clean & sanitise appropriately between table reservations. Each booking is 2hrs in length. If you are late, we’ll only be able to accommodate you for the length of your allocated booking time.

Our set dining times for Boozy Brunch (seated time to leaving time) –

Brunch (Saturday & Sunday only):

  • 10:00am to 12:00pm

  • 10:30am to 12:30pm

  • 11:00am to 1:00pm

  • 11:30pm to 1:30pm

  • 12:00pm to 2:00pm

 

Rules that should be left unwritten, but we’ll write them anyway:

  1. Just because you didn’t read the rules, doesn’t mean they don’t apply to you. These rules apply to your whole party, regardless of whether you decide to share them with the people you are dining with.

  2. If you’re sick, stay home.

  3. If you’ve been travelling or come in contact with anyone that is sick, stay home.

  4. We’re required to take down every person’s details who enters the restaurant. If you are unwilling to share your details, do not book with us. If you refuse to cooperate, you’ll not be allowed entry… and refer to Rule 2 on cost of cancellation.

  5. Don’t abuse our team. A post-lockdown world is new to us too, but tantrums are for toddlers.
